Is Multifamily under property type considered a condo? Or is Multifamily under property type considered housing for five or more families?
condier a duplex, triplex and quadplex as multifamily. each has their own ammenitties yet has some common areas and is usually under one roof
Wouldn't a duplex, triplex and quadplex be a 1-4 Family Dwelling?
We consider everything below 5-units to be SFRs for HMDA property type reporting, unless it's a manufactured home which has its own code.
