Adverse Action
We report to the OTS. My question is what address would go at the bottom of the form for the regulatory reporting agency? Is it the region address which your corporate address is located in? In other words if our corporate address is located in Florida, would we put the Atlanta OTS address?
Reg B was just amended regarding this topic - Part 202, Appendix A. For the OTS it says: Office of Thrift Supervision Regional Director for the region in which the institution is located.
