Other than the QCok'd Summary Report, is there a way to export application status notes that were input by the lender?
Hey Gail, In RATA Comply 6.0 you can filter by and export application notes! To filter on records that have notes, simply go to the Field Filter window and select applications where the: Application Notes is Not Equal (Just leave the last field Blank and hit ADD) If you are looking for notes that contain certain text, you can always use the Contains opperand and then the text to look for... This will bring up all applications that have something in the Notes. If you want to add other criteria to the filter, you can filter the apps down even further. Once you have your filtered records, goto File and choose Export Wizard. Do a new export definition and choose Application Number and Application Notes and then save as a CSV delimited file. You should be able to open the CSV file in Excel and run reports. Feel free to call us and we can walk you through the process. Happy HMDA!
