How do you handle Real Estate loans that may be reportable as Community Development or Consortium Third Party Loans?

How do you handle Real Estate loans that may be reportable as Community Development or Consortium Third Party Loans?

 

This always seems to be a problem, because most systems can not bridge HMDA and CRA data. Do you have to have them in both the HMDA and CRA system or can they be accounted for automatically?
